Incidents Involving Karen
Since December 2022 when the two newly elected councilmembers and mayor were sworn into office, councilmember Karen Macedonio has been affected personally on three separate occasions by them via their votes each time. Below are the three incidents in the order of the events along with the severity of each that she was affected by. Further down you will see each explained in detail.
Incidents Explained
Below are the three incidents to date, explained in detail. Details include the claims by the city according to videos and documents, along with S. Bradley's findings and his disputes over the claims against councilmember Karen Macedonio with videos and documents to support his disputes. Each of the incidents have one thing in common by the way of the vote. The common thing is Councilmember Kulikoff, Councilmember Smith, and Mayor Kulikoff.

Resident - California City, CA"I find it quite concerning when a city council member is doing so well her first two years in office and then all of a sudden in less than five months since the newly elected councilmembers and mayor were sworn into office, they seem to be going after her in numerous ways for numerous things. It raises many concerns for me and others of their intent and why the three of them are the factor in all of these situations. What's the next thing she's going to be accused of? In my opinion, I feel Councilmember Macedonio is being subjected to a toxic and corruptive environment."

With the most recent incident involving a person's name being disclosed to the interim city manager from closed session. I have shared my findings on this in the incident details. I want the public to see what I see from the evidence (videos & documents). A verbal reprimand should have been sufficient. But no those three chose to pursue a lawsuit against her for monetary damages (attorney fees) and any other punishments the court sees fit. This is excessive punishment in my opinion."
